Design & Development
POAL combines world-class design expertise with advanced manufacturing know-how to deliver smarter lighting solutions. Our optical design team goes further than standard practice, combining powerful commercial software with proprietary in-house tools to truly engineer with light.
Prototyping
POAL has developed a range of optical “prototyping with light” processes, to make rapid, fully functional examples of the end-product with production level illumination and mechanical performance.
Tooling
POAL specialist tooling combine expert optical surface polishing with advanced machining , with in-house generation of light control surfaces. Tool designs are supported by MoldFlow analyses.
Manufacturing
POAL’s supply chains include specialist partners in tooling, moulding, and electronics to deliver complete ‘plug-and-play’ illumination systems to Tier suppliers and OEM production lines.
